Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming experience. The role focuses on maximizing hospital productivity, promoting wellness plans, and delivering exceptional service at every visit.

Responsibilities include client education on pet health, OWPs, appointment scheduling, and handling prescriptions and retail items while maintaining accurate records and smooth front-office operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital flow.
• Provide exceptional service, educate clients about pet health and OWPs.
• Process documentation, enter pet histories, and handle invoices and scheduling.
• Dispense prescriptions per vet instructions and sell retail items.
• Manage opening/closing procedures and financial balances.
• Perform required administrative tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
