Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow, greet visitors, and support the veterinary team. You will promote services, educate clients on wellness plans, and schedule appointments while ensuring accurate records and smooth front-desk operations.

The role emphasizes friendly, efficient service, clear communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

Fluent English communication (reading/writing) with strong grammar.
Ability to multi-task with high accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Live and exemplify Mars Five Principles within self and team.
Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients for optimal care.
Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
Provide professional, efficient service; educate clients about pet health.
Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet data entry; ensure prompt service.
Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions and scheduling future appointments.
Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
Conduct administrative functions as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
