Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow through the hospital, maximize team productivity and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience. You will educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans, assist with documentation, invoicing and scheduling, and promote exceptional service at every visit.

Candidate should be able to multi-task, communicate fluently in English, and handle front-desk duties with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Comfort with computer software and medical records systems.
• Commitment to client service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route client flow for max productivity.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventative care and hospital services.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Provide exceptional service, greet clients and ensure patient comfort.
• Assist with invoicing, prescriptions, retail sales and scheduling.
