The role emphasizes delivering friendly, knowledgeable service, promoting Preventative care, and maintaining accurate records while supporting a welcoming environment for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Medical background (vet/human healthcare) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the flow of clients and pets to maximize hospital productivity.
• Provide excellent service, educate clients on pet health and wellness plans.
• Assist with client documentation, invoices, prescriptions and scheduling.
