You will promote services, educate clients on wellness plans, and support the veterinary team by handling registrations, invoicing, and appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience is preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary/healthcare) with medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client flow and pet checks to maximize hospital productivity.
• Promote hospital services and guide clients to ensure excellent care.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet data entry, and IDs to ensure prompt service.
• Process invoices, dispense prescriptions as directed by veterinarians, and schedule appointments.
• Perform administrative tasks and support daily operations.
