You will educate clients on wellness plans, assist with documentation and scheduling, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, accurate records, and a welcoming environment to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Qualifications

• Leadership and interpersonal skills to guide client interactions and team collaboration.
• Fluent English communication, including grammar, style and vocabulary.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy hospital setting.
• Commitment to preventative care and Optimum Wellness Plans (OWPs) for pets.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets for maximum productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by a productive hospital operation.
• Provide professional, efficient service; welcome clients and educate them about their pet's health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, pet history, IDs, and prompt service.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, retail items, and appointment scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
