Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care, and services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet histories in the system.
• Provide instructions and invoices, dispense medications per vet's instructions and schedule follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative tasks as assigned.
