Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background or veterinary/healthcare terminology training preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and direct flow of clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health and wellness plans.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history, and scheduling future appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate opening/closing procedures and perform admin duties.
