Banfield Pet Hospital in Sterling, VA is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to help drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for clients. You will manage check-in/out, scheduling, and educate clients about wellness plans and preventive care.

This role emphasizes proactive client recruitment, accurate record keeping, and friendly communication in a busy animal-care environment.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize pets seen by ensuring a productive hospital to support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service; welcome clients and educate about pets' health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet data entry; identify properly.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, retail items and appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct necessary administrative functions.
