Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Reston, VA is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, promote hospital services, and ensure exceptional service. You will educate clients on wellness plans and coordinate care with the veterinary team, while handling front-desk tasks and basic administrative duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 18 years old to perform radiography duties.
• One year of related customer service experience required.
• Medical background (veterinary, healthcare, or related) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live by the Five Principles within self and team.
• Recruit new clients and route flow of clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by the hospital and support wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet records, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Manage finances and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct necessary administrative functions.
