Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Olympia, WA seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and deliver friendly, efficient service. You’ll welcome clients, collect information, and help schedule appointments, while promoting wellness plans.

The role requires excellent communication, multi-tasking, and comfort with computers. Availability for weekends and evenings is expected to meet hospital needs; prior customer service and basic medical terminology

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have strong customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
