Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support veterinary teams, and deliver friendly, informative service. You will welcome clients, collect pet data, and educate families about wellness plans while promoting a welcoming hospital environment.

This role requires strong English communication, multitasking ability, and weekend/evening availability as part of a comprehensive client service team. We offer a supportive, growth‑minded workplace.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking and writing, with strong grammar and vocabulary.
• Organizational ability and systematic approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing flow of clients and pets.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining a productive hospital flow.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care and services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and entering pet information and history.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
