Banfield is seeking a Client Service Coordinator in Newton, MA to drive client and pet flow, support a productive veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming, informative experience for clients. You will promote preventive care and wellness plans while coordinating care under the veterinarian's guidance.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with documentation, scheduling, and invoicing; promoting hospital services; and maintaining smooth administrative operations within a busy hospital

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.
• Able to multi-task and maintain organization in a busy environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with clients and team.
