Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing client/pet flow for productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient service; welcome clients and educate them about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet records, and scheduling; dispense prescriptions per vet instructions.
• Manage finances with proper opening/closing procedures and accurate balances.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
