Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in California seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximize the productivity of the veterinary team, and ensure excellent communication with clients and associates.

The role includes promoting Optimum Wellness Plans, assisting with documentation, invoicing, dispensing prescriptions, selling retail products, and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with documentation, pet history entry, and invoicing.
• Dispense prescriptions per veterinarian instructions and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
