Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, maximize veterinary team productivity, and ensure a welcoming, informative experience. You will assist with documentation, scheduling, and promoting Optimum Wellness Plans while delivering outstanding client service.

You should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to quality and teamwork in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to educate clients about wellness plans and services.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide exceptional service, welcome clients and educate on pet health.
• Assist with documentation, scheduling and billing as needed.
• Promote hospital services and wellness plans to clients.
• Maintain accurate records and support front-desk operations.
