The CSC will manage check-in/out, assist with dispensing medications, scheduling and basic billing, while upholding Banfield's five principles and focus on exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for radiography duties.
• One year related experience in customer service preferred.
• Medical background with terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients and pets for optimal pediatric/medical flow.
• Maximize number of pets seen by maintaining a productive hospital flow.
• Provide professional, efficient service; welcome clients and educate them about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and entering pet information.
• Provide invoices, prescriptions, and schedule future appointments.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and basic financial duties.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
