Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets and support the veterinary team. You will welcome clients, educate them about Optimum Wellness Plans, and assist with documentation, invoicing, dispensing prescriptions, and scheduling.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong client service, and organizational skills to maintain efficient, friendly care across the hospital.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

• Organized and able to transform chaos into order while following instructions.
• Strong client service focus and effective listening skills.
• Proactive in explaining services and guiding clients through processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, services and preventative care.
• Assist with documentation, pet history entry, and invoicing.
• Dispense prescriptions and schedule future appointments as directed.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and accurate finances.
