You’ll contribute to a friendly, efficient client experience in a busy AAHA-accredited practice. The role emphasizes teamwork, client communication, and accurate record keeping, with a commitment to exceptional patient and client service.

Qualifications

• Customer service functions: greet visitors, answer calls, guide clients to exam rooms.
• Explain and process payments and fees.
• Educate clients on basic pet care.
• Assist in product/service recommendations.
• Maintain accurate client records and communications.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors, answer phones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls to clients.
• Explain fees and process payments.
• Recommend products/services, including prescriptions.
• Provide basic pet care guidance to clients.
• Manage medical records and reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized hospital environment.
