Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in Denver. The CSR will be the face of the practice, delivering friendly, professional service and guiding clients and their pets through the visit process.

Key duties include greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling payments, educating clients on care and products, and maintaining accurate medical records and records management.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing service roles.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to schedule and confirm appointments.
• Ability to explain fees and process payments.
• Ability to educate clients on pet care and products.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls to prospective clients.
• Present and explain fees and process payments.
• Recommend and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
• Educate clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
• Maintain medical records, charts, and correspondence.
• Keep the facility clean and organized at all times.
