Job summary

Friendship Veterinary Center and Urgent Care is hiring a Full Time Customer Service Representative for 30-40 hours per week. You will greet clients, respond to questions, and process patients, billing and payments in a busy veterinary setting.

You will answer phones, triage patient needs including emergencies, schedule appointments, and manage mail and email. The role requires at least 3 years in customer service and strong communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related customer service experience.
• Greet clients, respond to questions; process incoming and outgoing patients, and handle billing and payments.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments; triage patient needs including emergencies.
