Animal Care Center of Carters Creek is seeking an outgoing and highly organized Veterinary Client Service Representative to connect clients, patients, and the veterinary team. You will create exceptional client experiences, coordinate appointments, and assist with reception and front-desk duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in veterinary client service, reception, or similar client-facing role in a veterinary/healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Ability to manage inventory, orders, and front-desk tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital inventory and ordering to ensure stock levels.
• Process online pharmacy approvals accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate specialty and referral appointments with clients, veterinarians, and specialists.
• Assist with reception and front-desk duties as needed, including multi-line phone systems.
• Provide compassionate, professional service to clients in routine and sensitive situations.
