Job summary

Friendship Veterinary Center And Urgent Care in Billings, MT is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support a busy veterinary practice. This role covers 30-40 hours per week, greeting clients, answering questions, processing appointments, and handling billing and payments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include answering calls, triage of patient needs including emergencies, scheduling, handling mail and email, and maintaining client records in the practice

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years related (customer service) experience.
• Greeting clients and handling billing/payments.
• Ability to respond to questions and provide expeditious service.

• Answer phone calls, triage patient needs, and schedule appointments.
