Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our growing veterinary team. You’ll be the first impression, manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, and help keep the hospital well organized.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and love for animals.
• Excellent communication with ability to manage stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure best care for every pet.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients, showing empathy and respect to every situation.
