Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Receptionist to be the director of first impressions, managing a multi-line phone system, greeting clients warmly, and reflecting our compassionate care.

You will coordinate appointments, maintain accurate medical records, handle financial transactions, and support pet wellness education to ensure every patient receives the best possible care. Some weekends/holidays may be required; experience with veterinary software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing excellent customer service and love for animals.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and ability to work independently or with direction.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with warmth.
