Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our veterinary network and support a patient‑centered team across multiple locations in the United States. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm, professional welcome.

You’ll manage a multi‑line phone system, scheduling, medical records, and payments, while educating clients about preventive care and hospital services to help every pet receive excellent care.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary reception or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
• Veterinary experience is required.
• Ability to work M-F 7AM–6:30PM and Sat 8AM–12PM.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with compassion.
• Maintain medical records, manage appointments, and handle transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Provide a calming, empathetic presence for clients and their pets.
