Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a VP of Business Development for Veterinary to own the largest multi-location deals, from initial meetings to signed contracts. The role targets veterinary groups where one deal opens future opportunities across locations, with inbound and SDR support feeding qualified meetings for closing.

You will manage an end-to-end sales process for high-value, multi-location accounts and expand deals to cover additional locations and services.

Qualifications

• Direct experience closing large, multi-location veterinary or enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for large multi-location deals, from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand deals to include additional locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for key deals.
