Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required.
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust Clearance.
• English communication skills preferred.
• Experience supporting Veterans and healthcare teams.

• Coordinate patient scheduling and appointment management.
• Track and respond to electronic consults and provider orders.
• Communicate with Veterans and healthcare teams regarding appointments.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Protect sensitive patient information.
