Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain contact with veteran participants across Orange County.
• Assess employment readiness and begin job search for qualified participants.
• Assist participants in gaining skills for employment readiness and access community resources.
• Maintain accurate case notes and activity reports as required.
• Source jobs by engaging with employers and community partners; drive placements.
• Coordinate with TC Veterans Services and other centers to plan career development and monitor progress.
