Qualifications

• PC proficiency in MS Office.
• Reliable transportation and a valid California driver’s license with insurance acceptable to Goodwill.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains ongoing contact with veteran participants throughout Orange County and sources job opportunities.
• Determines employment readiness and assists participants in beginning full‑time job searches.
• Assist participants in accessing community resources (housing, healthcare, transportation) to support career goals.
• Maintain accurate case notes and reports as required by Cal JOBS and WARRIORSERVE.
• Meet job placement and retention targets while coordinating with community partners and employers.
