You will conduct intake, assessments, and eligibility determinations, then develop tailored employment plans and provide ongoing coaching and case management to promote long-term employment and self-sufficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Human Services, Social Work, Workforce Development, Education) or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Four years of directly related experience may substitute for the required bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in workforce development, employment services, career counseling, vocational rehabilitation, case management, employer engagement, recruiting, staffing, job placement, or closely related field.

Aufgaben

• Provide participant intake, eligibility determinations, assessments, orientation, and employment readiness evaluations.
• Develop individualized employment and career plans based on participant strengths, interests, skills, and goals.
• Provide career coaching, employment counseling, and ongoing case management.
• Assist participants with resumes, cover letters, online applications, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Match participant qualifications with employer hiring needs and coordinate job placement, internships, and on-the-job training.
• Maintain accurate participant records, case notes, assessments, employment plans, referrals, placements, and follow-up documentation.
