Job summary

Goodwill SoCal is seeking a compassionate supervisor to lead a team of case managers and specialists serving veterans and their families in Los Angeles. You’ll guide employment and support services and help veterans transition to civilian life.

Requirements include being a U.S. military veteran or immediate family member; an associate degree or higher and 2–3 years of supervisory experience; strong leadership, organization, and communication skills; experience with veterans; and bilingual

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. military veteran or immediate family member.
• Associate degree or higher preferred; 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience working with veterans and individuals with barriers to employment.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff providing employment and support services to veterans.
• Monitor case management quality, participant engagement, and service delivery outcomes.
• Manage program operations, budgets, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with funders, training partners, and community organizations.
• Deliver direct case management support when needed to balance caseloads.
