• Career coaching and job search assistance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct participant intake, eligibility determinations, assessments, and orientation.
• Develop individualized employment plans based on strengths and goals.
• Provide career coaching, counseling, and ongoing case management.
• Assist with resumes, applications, interviews, and job search strategies.
• Collaborate with partners to support veteran participants in employment.
