Job summary

Sharecare, a digital health company, is seeking a compassionate Care Advisor to support Veterans Affairs programs. You will work with Veterans and families to coordinate non-medical, in-home respite and supportive care, helping them stay safely at home.

As the liaison between Veterans, caregivers, and VA partners, you will guide through caregiver search, interview, and hire, and provide ongoing support to ensure continuity of care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Military experience is a plus but not required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• At least one year of productivity-based customer service or 2 years in customer service.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey with relationship building and strong communication.
• Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to maintain the relationship and satisfaction.
• Document accurate notes of all interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Collaborate professionally with team members and other CareLinx groups.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and text.
