Qualifikationen

• BS/BA or 1+ years of Encore or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred.
• Technical aptitude and computer proficiency required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Drive results by proactively soliciting and securing business through Encore's sales process.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely manner to customers and venues.
• Collaborate with vendors and other departments to service events.
• Attend site visits and planning meetings to support the customer experience.
• Understand event cost structures and design solutions accordingly.
• Deliver world-class service by cultivating relationships with customers and venue staff.
• Maintain and update CRM with all opportunities and activities.
• Support sales forecasting and stay aligned with SOPs and new initiatives.
