Job summary

Encore is seeking a Sales Manager, Venues to guide clients through event experiences and identify solutions that meet goals. You will drive revenue by leveraging the Encore sales process, build long-term relationships with hotel personnel, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.

You will manage a proactive sales pipeline, present quotes, attend venue meetings, and stay current on product offerings and profitability guidelines.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or 1+ years of Encore or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred.
• Technical aptitude and computer proficiency required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by soliciting and securing business through a proactive sales approach.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers.
• Collaborate with vendors and other departments to service events.
• Attend site visits and planning meetings to support events.
• Maintain CRM with up-to-date customer information.
