Job summary

Encore Global's Sales Manager, Venues role guides customers through event experiences, identifying solutions that meet goals and maximize revenue from our hotel-based account. You will lead proactive sales, prepare quotes, and collaborate with vendors and Encore teams to service events end-to-end.

You will cultivate relationships with hotel personnel, maintain CRM data, and participate in site visits and planning meetings to ensure world-class service and profitable event designs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or 1+ years Encore or equivalent experience.
• 1 year technology sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Prior sales experience in audiovisual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by soliciting and securing business through a proactive sales approach.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with vendors and Encore departments to service events.
• Attend site visits and pre-conference meetings to support the customer experience.
• Understand event cost structure and incorporate into designs.
