Qualifications

Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
4+ years servicing ventilators or respiratory equipment.
Experience diagnosing hardware, software and electrical issues.
Customer-facing healthcare experience.
Basic hospital networking knowledge.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide preventive maintenance and diagnostics on ventilators and related devices.
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform software updates and installations.
Deliver on-site and remote technical support and training as needed.
Serve as customer advocate and document activities in service tickets.
