Qualifications

• 4+ years servicing ventilators or respiratory therapy equipment.
• Experience diagnosing hardware, software, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic issues.
• Experience providing customer-facing technical support in healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of hospital networking and device connectivity preferred.
• Location-based compensation may vary by region.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and troubleshoot ventilator and related medical device systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support, including training.
• Diagnose hardware, software, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and connectivity issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service activities.
• Track and resolve service tickets and communicate status to customers.
• Collaborate with Biomed, Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, IT and clinical teams.
