Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline.
• 4+ years servicing ventilators or respiratory therapy equipment.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network+, CBET, BMET, or military tech training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for ventilator and monitoring systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and connectivity issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled service per manufacturer specs.
• Install, calibrate, validate, and test equipment to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Document service activities and service history accurately.
