TD Bank Group is seeking a Vendor Manager II to own and strengthen relationships with offshore partners, driving accountability for productivity, quality, and SLA performance while fostering consistent execution with business expectations.

This role requires leading a large, diverse team, managing performance, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across TD. The position may involve remote elements as part of a global governance model.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree required with 7+ years relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of business goals and policies, processes and systems.
• Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate programs and initiatives.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Owns and strengthens relationships with offshore partners to drive productivity, quality and SLA performance.
• Provides people management leadership, sets goals, develops staff and handles performance and disciplinary actions.
• Leads a cross-functional team across multiple jurisdictions with risk awareness.
