Responsibilities

• Own vendor performance across CX, SLAs, compliance, and QA.
• Lead executive vendor governance including QBRs and escalations.
• Define operational strategies for horizontal services in the vendor network.
• Collaborate with Business Analytics to define required metrics/dashboards.
• Diagnose performance gaps using data and prioritize interventions.
• Drive rapid decision-making with ad-hoc analyses and scenarios.
