Qualifications

• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across levels and with vendors.
• Willingness to travel for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and develop relationships with customer, sales teams, and vendor community.
• Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing, and terms; present findings to procurement.
• Measure trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of pricing and inventory KPIs.
• Support sales by managing contract terms, brand conversions, and tracking savings/projects.
• Review pricing for discrepancies and ensure new rules are approved by sales teams.
• Provide issue resolution for inventory, backorders, invoices; coordinate with internal teams.
• Host weekly meetings with supply chain, materials services, and Medline Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance to develop and maintain reporting requirements and ensure timely data.
