Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Business Analyst to analyze and present trends supporting customers and the sales organization. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive results tied to distribution metrics and reporting requirements, meeting with sales and customers to identify projects and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in sales analysis or a high school diploma with 5+ years in sales analysis experience.
• Experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and charts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends and results to identify improvement opportunities for customers and sales teams.
• Lead and participate in meetings with customers, procurement, and supplier partners.
• Present findings to procurement and sales contacts to drive actions.
• Monitor pricing and inventory KPIs, reporting on performance and opportunities.
• Support sales by managing contract terms, brand changes, and tracking savings/projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, IS, and Finance to develop reporting requirements and ensure timely data.
