Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an analytics professional to analyze business trends, support the customer and sales teams, and drive KPI performance related to pricing and inventory. You will collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance, present findings to procurement teams, manage contracts, track savings, and lead reporting initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in sales analysis or 5+ years with a high school diploma, strong

Qualifications

Experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
Experience analyzing and reporting data to drive improvements.
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Intermediate Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
Willingness to travel for business needs (training, meetings).

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and develop relationships with customers, sales teams, and vendors.
Lead/participate in meetings on behalf of customers (value analysis committee).
Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing, and terms.
Present findings to procurement teams and key contacts.
Measure trends and KPIs for pricing and inventory.
Support sales by managing contracts, brand conversions, and savings tracking.
Provide project updates and communicate resolutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance to develop and maintain reporting requirements.
