Job summary

Medline is seeking a Business Analyst to drive business performance through in-depth data research, financial analysis, and process evaluation. You will work under moderate supervision with stakeholders to align on objectives and implement data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities include pricing analysis, reporting development, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Inventory Management, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• At least 4 years of related experience or combination of experience and education.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, nested formulas, and charts.
• Experience with SAP, SQL, Tableau and reporting tools; data analysis and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing and sales data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makers.
• Develop pricing strategies and cost data; prepare price submissions and communicate strategy to sales and leadership.
• Develop and maintain reporting/analysis for product managers, sales, and customers; highlight trends and issues.
