Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Sales Analytics professional to analyze business trends and present results to improve customer and sales outcomes. You will drive KPI-based projects, partner with sales, IS and Finance, and lead value‑driven discussions with customers and vendors.

The role emphasizes relationship building, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate findings into actionable improvements. Travel as needed to client sites and meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in sales analysis and support, or High School Diploma with 5+ years in sales analysis and support.
• Experience delivering presentations to varied audience levels inside and outside the organization.
• Intermediate Excel skills (SUM, charts, borders, wrap text, sorting, headers/footers, print scale).
• Willingness to travel for business needs (training, meetings, development).

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and develop relationships with the customer, sales teams and vendor community.
• Lead or participate in meetings on behalf of the customer (e.g., value analysis committee).
• Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing and terms.
• Present findings to the customer procurement team.
• Measure trends and KPI performance for pricing, inventory and related metrics.
• Support sales by managing contract terms and tracking savings and projects.
• Prepare presentations on project updates and committee findings.
• Review pricing for discrepancies and ensure new pricing rules are approved.
• Provide issue resolution for inventory surplus, backorders and invoices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain reporting requirements.
