Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a sales analytics specialist to analyze trends, present findings, and drive improvements for the customer and sales organization. You will lead meetings, manage pricing and inventory KPIs, and support contract terms while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires at least 2 years of sales analytics experience or 5 years with a high school diploma, strong data analysis and Excel skills, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement.
• Ability to deliver presentations to varying audiences within and outside the organization.
• Experience establishing and maintaining relationships across levels and with vendors.
• Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, charts, and formatting.
• Willingness to travel for business needs such as training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and develop relationships with the customer, sales teams, and vendor community.
• Lead/participate in meetings on behalf of customer (e.g., value analysis committee).
• Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing and terms and present findings to procurement teams.
• Measure trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of pricing and inventory KPIs.
• Support sales by managing contract terms, assisting with brand conversions, and tracking savings and projects.
• Review pricing to identify discrepancies and ensure pricing rules are approved by sales teams.
• Provide issue resolution for inventory surplus, backorders, and outstanding invoices; initiate cross-team resolution.
• Host weekly meetings with supply chain, materials services, and Medline Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance to develop and maintain reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
