Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Columbus, OH seeks a sales analytics specialist to analyze business trends and present results to improve customer and sales performance. You will work with internal and external customers to identify opportunities and manage KPI projects.

You will lead meetings, analyze pricing and inventory KPIs, support the sales team with contract terms, and develop reporting requirements with IS and Finance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in sales analysis and support, or High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience presenting to various audience levels within, and external to, an organization.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement.
• Experience building relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and develop relationships with the customer, sales teams, and vendor community; lead meetings on behalf of customer.
• Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing and terms; present findings to procurement teams.
• Measure trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of pricing and inventory KPIs.
• Support sales by managing contract terms, assisting with brand conversions, and tracking savings and projects.
• Review pricing to identify discrepancies and ensure new pricing rules are approved by sales teams.
• Provide issue resolution for inventory surplus, backorders, and invoices; initiate and partner with internal teams.
