Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Business Analyst to analyze and present business trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive KPI performance in collaboration with the sales organization and customers.

Responsibilities include leading meetings, engaging with vendors on pricing/terms, reviewing pricing, and supporting contracts and reporting with IS and Finance to ensure timely, accurate data.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree plus 2+ years in sales analysis and support OR High School Diploma plus 5+ years in sales analysis and support.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to varied audiences, internal and external.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and develop relationships with customer, sales teams, and vendors.
• Lead or participate in meetings on behalf of the customer (e.g., value analysis committee).
• Meet with vendors to discuss products, pricing and terms; present findings to procurement contacts.
• Measure trends and KPIs in pricing and inventory; support sales by managing contracts and tracking savings.
• Develop and maintain reporting requirements with Sales, IS and Finance to ensure timely data.
